appointment cancellation policy

To ensure fairness to all clients, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment may incur a fee of 50% of the appointment cost. Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full appointment fee.
